Waitlist

Join the official Waitlist! If inventory becomes available, you're set!

JOIN WAITLIST

  • Simply click "Join Waitlist" to get started.
  • Select from available ticket options/types.
  • The waitlist will open for items as they are sold out.
  • There is a deposit of $15 for signing up for each waitlist item type per order.
  • Example (4 admission tickets) & (1 RV spot) would be $75 deposit.
  • Pricing for your requested item is 'dynamic' and adjusts according to market supply & demand.
  • If inventory becomes available and your order can be fulfilled, your deposit will apply to the order and your card will automatically be charged for the full amount.
  • Orders will only be fulfilled if inventory is available for every item in your order.
    • You could consider making separate order requests per item type if you're concerned.
    • Do not sign-up multiple times for the same item. This will not help your chances. Review ticket & camping spot limit details/rules.
    • Remember everyone camping also needs to have an event ticket. (It's okay if you ordered those separately.)
    • You will be sent an email from AXS if/when your order is fulfilled.
    • You must also check your AXS FanAccount regularly in case you miss email notification.
    • Power Trip and AXS are not responsible for failed, blocked, mis-delivered or bounced email delivery.
  • Waitlist orders are filled on first come, first serve availability.
  • There is not a way to see your place in line.
  • If inventory does not become available and your order cannot be fulfilled, then your deposit will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days after the event has passed.
  • Completing a waitlist request DOES NOT guarantee tickets or camping for the event and are subject to availability.
  • If you wish to cancel your request, you can do so via FanAccount.
  • To access FanAccount, login HERE and select 'FanAccount' from the left side menu.
  • You must cancel any request you do not want fulfilled. There are no reversals of orders filled.*
  • There are no payment plan options for waitlist orders.
