  • All admission tickets are RFID wristbands and must be scanned at the venue for entry.
  • All admission wristbands are valid for the full 3-day event.
  • Wristband registration required. Power Trip mobile app required to register your wristband. (Stay tuned)
  • Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.
  • Do not put your wristband on until you are on your way to the event and have registered it.
  • Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
  • A wristband is required to enter the parking, camping and venue grounds.


  • Eight (8) ticket limit per order, household or customer account.
  • *Limit one (1) RV, Lake Eldorado, Car Camping site per billing, household or customer ticketing account.
  • All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
  • Prices subject to change.
  • Children aged two and under are free, but will not receive their own seat.
  • Car/Lake Eldorado/RV camping spots do not include event tickets, you must also order tickets. (Everyone who is camping must have an event ticket).
  • Orders over the limit in any combination of orders and/or tickets are subject to cancellation at any time without notice.
  • Any orders found to be placed for yourself or others to circumvent the Event Ticket limit, regardless of method, will be subject to cancellation of order and ticket (with refund) at any time, without notice.
  • Do not buy tickets from any unauthorized third parties or scalpers. We don’t service, authenticate or support tickets purchased from any unauthorized third parties and do not assist in any such transactions.

Selecting Seats: When tickets go on sale, all reserved seat ticket types will be sold/selected/chosen as "Best available". What does this mean?

During high volume on sales, AXS auto selects the best seats available at that exact moment while there are multiple people shopping for seats at the same time. When volume slows down, manual seat selection will be enabled. There are no seat changes once purchased.

50% / 50% - no longer available

  • 50% due at time of purchase and the remaining 50% balance will be due in one additional payment on August 1, 2023.

50% DOWN + 2 EQUAL PAYMENT PLAN - no longer available

  • 50% due at time of purchase and the remaining balance will be split evenly with two additional payments on July 1 & August 1, 2023.

  • Available for all ticket types.

$99 DOWN PAYMENT PLAN - no longer available

  • Put just $99 down for your order at time of checkout, then divide your remaining balance over 4 monthly payments.
  • 5 payments total. This option was available until April 15, 2023.
  • Available for General Admission tickets.


  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100 while supplies last.
  • Only $5 fee per installment for payment plan ($10 total fee for $99 down, $15 total fee for 50% down).
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • Defaulting on your payment plan will result in order cancellation and a $100 default fee per order for general admission and $200 per ticket for reserved seats.


  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $100 default fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
  • Your order will not ship unless it has been paid in full.


  • $15 for Domestic or International shipping & International Will Call Pick Up.
  • International orders may choose will call pick up at time of purchase (same price $15)
  • Orders placed separately are shipped separately.
  • Review VIP package customer service & disclaimers for VIP Package shipping info.
  • Shipping will begin approximately in early September and take up to 5 weeks to complete.
  • A tracking code will be generated and emailed to you when your order is ready for shipment.
    • All wristbands will ship via UPS MI.
    • Signature is not required.
    • Reserved seating orders will be shipped a wristband for entry and a printed ticket containing seat information
  • The deadline to update your shipping address is Friday, August 18, 2023. No exceptions.

  • The deadlines to order and still have it shipped are: Friday, September 15, 2023 for International and Friday, September 22, 2023 for domestic.
  • Orders after the deadline will be available for pick up at will call only.
  • Orders will not be re-shipped or shipped twice under any circumstances.
  • Orders unable to be delivered for any reason whatsoever (e.g. lost, stolen, wrong address, stuck somewhere) will be required to be picked up at Will Call by the original purchaser. No exceptions. Additional replacement fee.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders.
  • Wristband orders may be shipped in one complimentary commemorative package per Tickets order (not per ticket or wristband). The condition of the packaging is not guaranteed and not considered part of the order.
  • For Hotel Package guests, wristbands and shuttle Tickets will not be mailed in advance. All materials will be available for pickup at the hotel during designated Hotel Package Check-In hours, which will be provided via email prior to arrival.
