Power Trip welcomes all people with disabilities. We are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure attendees have access to all festival goods and services, regardless of ability.
It is not acceptable to fake or exaggerate a disability to gain access to disability accommodations. Our ADA department has finite resources and needs to focus these resources on helping those who legitimately require assistance.
Please visit powertrip.live/tickets to purchase tickets. On the order page, there will be an option to request accessible seating, which will be available at all price levels. Each disabled guest can request companion tickets, as well as camping, RV spaces and/or shuttle passes. If you are having issues purchasing ADA reserved seating, you may contact AXS Support online or at 855-295-9888 for assistance.
There will be accessible seating for every price range of reserved seating (price range $799 to $1,599 – fees not included). Accessible seating is located throughout areas with clear sight-lines so that one may see the stage over a standing crowd while seated.
Elevated platforms for ADA attendees and their one companion who may need to see above the crowd will be made available. You do not need to purchase ADA seating in GA or pre-reserve space on the Accessible Viewing Area. For information on how to gain access to these areas, please visit us at an Accessibility Services Hub.
RULES
There will be 4 Accessibility Services Hubs at the event, conveniently located throughout the festival to support and address the needs of all attendees with accessibility needs. These locations are:
There is no ADA pre-event registration other than for ADA Camping. Registration for event services is all done onsite at the event.

Attendees with disabilities wishing to utilize some of the accessibility services at Power Trip will be required to wear an ADA Wristband. This wristband is acquired onsite at one of our Accessibility Services locations.
If an attendee with a disability wants to switch their companion, a new ADA Companion Wristband can be exchanged by bringing the old companion wristband back to an Accessibility Services Hub to be reissued.
We encourage patrons with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Crutches, walkers and canes are also permitted. Please note that we will not be renting assisted mobility devices onsite.
ACCESSIBLE ROUTES
The Venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities. Please be advised that the venue’s terrain is grass. Guests will need to traverse throughout the event grounds between stages independently or with the assistance of a companion as the festival does not provide transportation inside the venue.

A separate ADA Parking Lot (Lot 2C) will be available for attendees with valid Disabled Person Parking placard, permit or license plate, as well as the applicable proof that it belongs to them.
